Daruma's specialty, the icicle highball, is a high-quality highball made with icicle ice used in bars. It is a bar-style drink where you can have refills without changing the ice, and you can enjoy it at a reasonable price of 490 yen for the first glass, 390 yen for the second glass, and 290 yen for the third glass (all prices include tax). We also have a wide selection of sours, which are the latest trend.
Our highballs use icicles, which are made to order from pure ice carefully made by a long-established ice shop founded in 1948 called Chuo Frozen Sangyo.

The impurities contained in the water are removed to create pure water that is hard to melt, transparent and beautiful.

The specialty food is fried chicken, shiso leaf and squid soup dumplings, stewed beef tendon, and black wagyu beef liver with green onion sauce and shrimp liver. Other reasonably priced delicacies include tuna chunks and beef broth oden, which are standard at pubs. You can also enjoy modern food menus that tell the story of Western liquor, such as prosciutto made with duck, raisin butter, and raw chocolate cream cheese.
