This is a special yuba kaiseki meal that is popular among women and can only be enjoyed anywhere else. It uses soy milk from Kyoto Tofu Fujino, and you can enjoy the yuba being pulled right before your eyes, along with dishes such as soft yuba sashimi and namafu soy milk gratin.
