This yuba kaiseki course meal allows you to enjoy a variety of yuba dishes, including soft yuba sashimi and nama-fu soy milk gratin, while watching the yuba being pulled right before your eyes using soy milk from Kyoto Tofu Fujino.
Reservations for the closing time of 3pm - 5pm are accepted for parties of 10 or more, so please inquire with the store.

"Hakkakuan's Ginjo Steamed Course" includes 2 hours of all-you-can-drink. "Hakkakuan's Ginjo Steamed Course" brings out the flavor of the ingredients through slow steaming, and is a luxurious two-tiered steamed dish consisting of "meat and vegetable rice."
