[February only!] "Local Support Project - Kagoshima Prefecture Collaboration"

We'll be selling a limited-time menu in collaboration with Kagoshima Prefecture, available only in February!
The Local Support Project was born from the desire to cherish connections with producers and production areas.
This time, we're collaborating with Kagoshima Prefecture.
This collaboration was made possible by our desire to let people enjoy the wide variety of Kagoshima ingredients.
The breadth of these ingredients ranges from livestock products, including Kagoshima Wagyu beef, which has been awarded the highest honor in Japan; agricultural products such as sweet potatoes; a wide variety of seafood; and black vinegar.
While some of these ingredients are less well-known, there are many high-quality ingredients that are carefully raised and grown using carefully selected methods.
Please be sure to enjoy these "hidden gems," which are expected to become even more popular in the future.
Hibiki's chefs will use their expert skills to bring out the best in the ingredients, creating blissful dishes.
