Kotobuki's specialty is Edo miso sukiyaki made with Japanese Black Beef. The key to the flavor is the Edo Sweet Miso from Sano Miso Soy Sauce Shop, which was founded in 1934 and has its headquarters in Kameido, Tokyo. This is the beloved "Tokyo sukiyaki." Enjoy it with a side of Japanese sake.
Enjoy the tastes and aromas of autumn with the main dishes being seared Hitachi beef and grilled Spanish mackerel in Kyoto style. (These two dishes will be served individually.) The seasonal dishes will add color to your banquet.
