Enjoy the specialty dishes and classic dishes of Tokyo Kotobuki Hanare
Kotobuki's specialty is Edo miso sukiyaki with Japanese black beef. The key to the flavor is the Edo sweet miso from Sano Miso Soy Sauce Shop, which was founded in 1934 and has its doors in Kameido, Tokyo. We have created a "Tokyo sukiyaki" that is loved by everyone. It also pairs well with Japanese sake.
Enjoy the taste and aroma of summer with seared Hitachi beef and conger eel taro as the main dishes. (These two dishes are served individually.) Seasonal dishes will add color to your banquet.

Spicy spring rolls made with minced ice-aged black pork shoulder and seasoned with salsa sauce, black pepper, cumin, etc.
Freshly caught conger eel, tofu, and summer vegetables are lightly deep fried and finished with shellfish broth.
The classic summer dish of eel and egg rolls is served with butter and Japanese pepper. It goes well with lemon sours and highballs.
We made handmade meatballs using chopped horse mackerel, shiso leaves and ginger. The fluffy texture is irresistible!

A bowl of tuna marinated in sesame-flavored sauce and grated yam with dashi stock. Enjoy with the aromatic shiso leaves and myoga ginger.
Pour the egg yolk sauce over it and enjoy it as is, or pour some dashi over it and finish it off with ochazuke.
