The key to the flavor is the Edo sweet miso from Sano Miso Soy Sauce Shop, which was founded in 1934 and has its doors in Kameido, Tokyo. We have created a "Tokyo sukiyaki" that is loved by everyone. It also pairs well with Japanese sake.
