You can enjoy a total of 11 dishes, including the specialties "Kotobuki's proud assortment of appetizer rolls" and "Edo miso beef tendon stew."
Kotobuki's specialty is Edo miso sukiyaki with Japanese black beef. The key to the flavor is the Edo sweet miso from Sano Miso Soy Sauce Shop, which was founded in 1934 and has its doors in Kameido, Tokyo. We have created a "Tokyo sukiyaki" that is loved by everyone. It also pairs well with Japanese sake.
You can enjoy the taste and aroma of spring in the grilled Hitachi beef with butterbur miso and steamed red sea bream and bamboo shoots (both of which are served individually).
