Mackerel and autumn appetizers

As the sun sets earlier, we can feel autumn approaching.

This time, Kotobuki has prepared three delicious autumn mackerel dishes.


  • Mackerel Shabu-shabu 780 yen (tax included) per person

Shabu-shabu mackerel in a broth made with dried mackerel.

This is our recommended dish this time!

  • Confit of mackerel marinated in Saikyo sauce 780 yen (tax included)

Mackerel confit cooked at low temperature until moist goes perfectly with sake!

  • Mackerel sushi with yuzu citrus 680 yen (tax included)

When it comes to mackerel dishes, mackerel sushi is an essential!


To go with these mackerel dishes, we have prepared Sabadesh, a sake made especially for mackerel!

・"Mackerel-only sake" Sabadeshu, half a cup, 550 yen (tax included)

It's strange, but when you put mackerel and Sabadeshu in your mouth, it tastes delicious!
