This is a limited-time summer menu that will start on July 4th.
"In the midsummer sunshine, enjoy a seafood platter of seasonal seafood, carefully prepared by our skilled chefs. Start with refreshing sea bass skin tossed in plum sauce, followed by eel nigiri with Japanese pepper, sea urchin and squid as side dishes. Enjoy our proud bluefin tuna, water octopus and sea bream sashimi. Tonight is Kotobuki's turn."
