◆Fluffy cream espuma pasta ~ Tomato sauce fettuccine with cherry shrimp and roasted bamboo shoots ~ 1,480 yen (1,628 yen including tax)
A tomato sauce pasta made with spring ingredients such as sakura shrimp, bamboo shoots, and asparagus.
Please mix the Espuma cream and enjoy the change in taste.
For the pasta noodles, we use fettuccine, which goes well with the sauce.

◆Red sea bream and clam verdura spaghetti Primavera style 1,580 yen (1,738 yen including tax)
A pasta dish made with rapeseed paste that makes you feel like spring.
Loosen the red sea bream, mix with chopped wasabi, toss with pasta, and enjoy.
