《RED WINE》

〈Castelli di Severino Puglia Rosso〉

Bright purple color. It has a velvety, complex aroma of violets, cherries, cinnamon, and dried cloves.

It is very smooth on the palate, well-balanced, and has soft tannins.

It goes well with game, red meat, and cheese.

〈Rivera/Terranima Puglia Rosso〉

Made from a blend of the indigenous varieties Montepulciano and Nero di Troia and the international variety Cabernet Sauvignon.

A deep ruby color, a fruity aroma, and an elegant taste, this is a red wine that is best enjoyed young.

This red wine is made using the traditional Tuscan method of Governo, in which grapes are partially dried in the shade, added to fermented wine, and slowly re-fermented.

Mellini, which boasts a history of winemaking for over 300 years, combined traditional methods with modern technology to create this wine.

"Lilium" means lily, and is inspired by the lily emblem of Florence.

A shiny pale golden color with a gorgeous elderflower scent.

A slightly dry white wine with a very elegant finish and a slight bitter aftertaste.

Pale yellow. It has a floral aroma and pale yellow fruit aroma, and also has a fresh acidity.

Frascati Secco

One of the world-famous Italian wines. A local wine that is loved by Romans.
