This year's [Winter Fair Pasta] features
volcano-like hot Volcano-style pasta and a Japanese-style pasta made with a whole cod roe.
This pasta can be enjoyed twice by pouring dashi over it.
It's a masterpiece perfected through repeated trial and error by our head chef.
