A luxurious Margherita pizza made with organic tomato sauce, fresh mozzarella cheese, and "Junama" tomatoes, which are characterized by their high sugar content and plump texture. It is made with a homemade thin, crispy Roman-style crust.
You can enjoy the assortment in any combination you like. Different combinations are also OK!
We recommend a strong red wine for our spicy sauce. We will also help you choose a wine that suits your taste.
"Tagliata" means "thinly sliced". Rare beef cut into thin slices. Enjoy with a light red wine.

This is a crispy, thin pizza about 30cm in diameter made with our proud handmade Roman dough.

The main dish is a two-course meal of Japanese black beef bistecca and roasted black pork, as well as seasonal specialties and local Sicilian and Calabrian cuisine.
The manager's recommended course includes Ginza Wine Restaurant Papa Milano's specialty dishes, "Beef Bistecca" and "80's Bolognese".
