When you order pasta at Porcellino after 3pm, you can choose from a total of six types of noodles, including five types of fresh pasta from Awaji Noodles and dried pasta.

There is one type of fresh pasta that changes with the seasons.

This time's seasonal fresh pasta is

"Basil Tagliatelle"!!

This is a fragrant, chewy tagliatelle made with Awaji Island basil paste.

We recommend pairing it with tomato sauce or peperoncino pasta!
