[Kobe Beef] This is a Japanese black beef that is said to be the pinnacle of Japanese black beef, produced by skilled farmers in Hyogo Prefecture who use their breeding techniques in a favorable environment and pour their loving care into each and every cow.

[Matsusaka Beef] A food brand that Mie is proud of. The fine marbling and soft meat that can be cut with chopsticks are a true [meat work of art] created by the masterful techniques of producers cultivated by the bounty of nature and long traditions.

[Omi Beef] Omi Beef, raised in Shiga Prefecture, which is blessed with a rich natural environment and water, is characterized by artistic marbling, smooth meat quality, and high-quality fat, thanks to the best fat-raising techniques and the time-consuming rearing.
