A party course featuring two main dishes perfect for the end-of-year party season.
The course starts with Sea Urchin Royale, made with raw sea urchin. The fish dish features plump and juicy golden-eyed snapper and vegetables pan-fried with a delicious lemon cream sauce. The meat dish is a Japanese Black Beef steak with a perfect balance of lean and marbling. This plan includes 150 minutes of all-you-can-drink.
