[SUN Course] The chef's recommended, most popular plan that includes San's specialty dishes "Steamed Water Spinach" and "Hegisoba" along with carefully selected winter ingredients "Golden Eye Snapper, Yellowtail, Iyobijin" and "Japanese Black Beef Steak."
This is our most popular plan, featuring San's signature dishes, "Steamed Water Sashimi," "Hegisoba," and carefully selected winter ingredients like "Splendid Alfonsino," "Yellowtail," and "Iyobijin," along with "Japanese Black Beef Steak."

Enjoy a gorgeous winter appetizer, luxurious Yamagata beef steak, and tiger pufferfish and bluefin tuna chu-toro sushi. This premium course is perfect for entertaining or business meetings. This course is served individually.

[KYOU Course] A plan to enjoy a luxurious winter feast of ingredients, including king crab and tiger pufferfish, and Yamagata beef steak.
This premium year-end party plan, available only on the official website, offers a luxurious experience of winter delicacies. Enjoy the king of winter, "tiger pufferfish" tetsunabe (sashimi), and the hearty "King crab Houraku-yaki." The main dish is "Yamagata beef."

[JYUSHUN Course] A special New Year's plan featuring grilled king crab and pufferfish and Yamagata beef shabu-shabu ◎ Starting January 5th
To celebrate the New Year, we will be grilling king crab and puffer fish in a spectacular manner. For the main course, enjoy the finest Yamagata beef shabu-shabu. Enjoy it with freshly squeezed sake.

Our lunch-only banquet plan, the "Maika" course.
As our restaurant is not open for lunch, we can offer a private space.
