[SUN Course] The chef's recommended, most popular plan that includes San's specialty dishes "Steamed Water Spray" and "Hegisoba" along with carefully selected autumn ingredients "Red Sea Bream" and "Kanazawa Bijin Lotus Root" and "Japanese Black Beef Steak."
This is our most popular plan, featuring San's signature dishes, "Steamed Water Crab," "Hegisoba," and carefully selected autumn ingredients, including red sea bream and Kanazawa Bijin Lotus Root, along with a "Japanese Black Beef Steak."
We also offer three all-you-can-drink options to suit your needs.

[KIRAMEKI Course] A premium plan to enjoy the finest selected ingredients, including autumn flavors hassun, abalone, medium-fatty tuna, and Yamagata beef loin steak.
Enjoy a gorgeous hassun (appetizer) that evokes the bountiful autumn harvest, a luxurious Yamagata beef steak, and abalone and chu-toro tuna sushi. This premium course is perfect for entertaining or business meetings. This course is served individually.
