Individually served seasonal kaiseki course "Shunka Course"

Spring [Individually provided] Shunko: 15 dishes including 8 types of seasonal appetizers, Wagyu beef steak, and sea bream rice cooked in an iron pot with sea urchin and salmon roe

Starting with 8 kinds of spring sake snacks, there are 15 dishes in total, including Kuroge Wagyu beef steak and crab miso gratin. The final specialty is sea urchin and salmon roe topped with sea bream rice, freshly cooked in an iron pot! The pairing of the dishes and sake is supervised by a sake sommelier.
