This course features conger eel shabu-shabu and black wagyu beef loin steak as the main dishes.
This plan is perfect for entertaining, dinner parties, and summer parties, and includes conger eel sashimi, tuna sashimi, Manganji peppers, conger eel tempura with plum and shiso, and plum somen noodles for the final dish.
