Enjoy "Sake Snacks and Winter Camellia Sake" with Sudachi Yellowtail and Gento
Delicious [safe izakaya cuisine] prepared by a Japanese chef!
First, enjoy two varieties of salted sudachi yellowtail, packed with just the right amount of umami.For the first, try thickly sliced sudachi yellowtail and "turnip senmaizuke" (pickled turnips). The texture of the turnip and the sweet and sour taste of the senmaizuke are exquisitely intertwined with the yellowtail, and the aroma of yuzu adds a lovely flavor.For the second, try thinly sliced yellowtail wrapped in "leek nuta" (scallion nuta). The mustard-flavored vinegared miso, the aroma of leek, and the crispy texture of the deep-fried yellowtail skin are delightful, and they pair perfectly with sake.For the "namero," we deliberately used sudachi kosho (sea citrus fruit pepper) instead of yuzu kosho (yuzu pepper). The fresh acidity and the natural sweetness of the sudachi kosho (sea citrus fruit pepper) add a striking floral touch.
