We carefully select and purchase wine and sake from all over the world, and we have a selection that goes well with the yakitori that you can enjoy at our restaurant.

The chicken is charcoal-grilled at all stores. Charcoal fires have four times as much infrared rays as gas fires, and while the infrared rays harden the surface at once and keep the flavor from escaping, they are also good at transmitting heat to the inside.
The chicken parts are carefully selected to ensure freshness. The salt is a blend of "Tamamo salt" from Niigata and "sea salt" from Italy. We use two original sauces that bring out the flavor of the chicken.
We always have 11 types of yakitori available! Our famous thigh skewers will be served with only salt! We offer a wide variety of yakitori dishes, from the standard yakitori menu to dishes made with slightly unusual ingredients, so you are sure to enjoy it without getting bored. We have private rooms and seating available for various banquets. By connecting the private room for 10 people and the private room for 8 people, it is possible to hold a banquet for up to 20 people, so please make use of it for large parties at Ochanomizu.
