The front of the label has a calligraphy by a Chinese calligrapher, and the back has a design of Fukurokuju tile. The easiest way to enjoy the refreshing, light and dry taste of Kokushi Musou. It goes well with dishes with strong flavors.

This Daiginjo is made using Yamada Nishiki from Hyogo Prefecture, which has been polished to 50%. This sake has a bright taste that harmonizes with the gentle flavor of polished Yamada Nishiki and its gentle aroma.
