We'll cut up the equivalent of 50kg of bluefin tuna and sell it at a loss!

We'll be boldly cutting up Ehime tuna, born at Kinki University and raised in Uwajima, Ehime Prefecture!

The fatty tuna and red meat of Ehime tuna are exquisite! Enjoy the melt-in-your-mouth texture!
