Villa Bianchi Marunouchi Oazo will be hosting a one-day-only pairing event featuring a regional cuisine buffet and wine, highlighting Italy's two most iconic cities, Rome and Florence.
The buffet will feature a full lineup of approximately 10 dishes themed around Florence and Rome.
A free-flow wine selection of 10 varieties will be available, including rare wines shipped directly from Italy.
With the full cooperation of Monte Bussan, a leading importer of Italian food ingredients,
you will be able to enjoy wines imported directly from Italy, selected by a sommelier.
On the day, we will be joined by Maurizio Bertacchini, Asia Pacific Area Manager of G.I.V (Gruppo Italiano Vini), Italy's largest wine-producing group, who will talk extensively about these fascinating wines.
