Freshly drawn yuba banquet "Yuba Dosue"

The film that forms on the surface of soy milk is called "nama yuba." You can enjoy different textures depending on when you remove it.
Enjoy the smooth texture and delicate, refined flavor derived from soybeans.
First, enjoy the original flavor of the yuba as is, then add dashi soy sauce or special bean paste.
You can choose your main dish depending on the course.

  • Yuba Dosue "Shun" Syun Standard Freshly Dried Yuba Plan

    This is a special yuba kaiseki meal that is popular among women and can only be enjoyed anywhere else. It uses soy milk from Kyoto Tofu Fujino, and you can enjoy the yuba being pulled right before your eyes, along with dishes such as soft yuba sashimi and namafu soy milk gratin.

  • Yuba Dosue "Raku" - Kyoto pork and yuba soy milk shabu-shabu

    This popular menu allows you to shave and enjoy freshly made yuba yourself (orders accepted for two or more people).
    This ever-popular menu includes Kyoto pork and yuba shabu-shabu as the main course.
    Lunchtime and all-you-can-drink options (1,800 yen) require reservations made at least one day in advance.

  • Yuba Dosue "Kira" Kirameki - What to eat: Japanese Black Beef Soy Milk Shabu-Shabu

    A kaiseki banquet with all-you-can-eat freshly made tofu. Enjoy freshly made "Kumiage Yuba" (pumped yuba) as the main course, and soy milk shabu-shabu with Japanese black beef and yuba. Seats are limited to two hours.

  • Yuba Dosue "Kyou" Kyou: Japanese Black Beef Sukiyaki Pot

    This popular menu allows you to simmer and enjoy your own freshly made yuba (for orders of two or more people).
    This hearty and recommended menu includes a small pot of Japanese Black Beef sukiyaki as the main course.
    Lunchtime and all-you-can-drink options (1,800 yen) require reservations made at least one day in advance.
