Hakkakuan's Ginjo Steamed Basket Course, which slowly steams the ingredients to bring out their umami, is a luxurious two-tiered steamed dish consisting of a meat and vegetable portion. Available for two or more people. (The photo shows a four-person portion.)

We add ginjo sake to the steaming water and slowly heat it, wrapping the meat in the aroma of sake and tenderizing it until it's tender. Next, we steam a tofu dish and vegetables carefully prepared with seasonal ingredients. This dish is packed with the umami of the ingredients.
We offer both Japanese Black Wagyu beef and Kyoto pork! If you can't decide which one to order, we can also provide both!
Due to service constraints, this main dish is generally shared among guests.
