《Individual Offering》【All-You-Can-Eat Freshly Made Tofu】Hakaku Kaiseki Course

Our recommendation at Hakkakuan is the "Hakkaku Kaiseki," a one-on-one kaiseki meal.

This popular kaiseki meal includes seasonal small dishes, tofu dengaku (dengaku with tofu sauce), fried foods, and a small hotpot main dish of your choice.

If you book by 9 PM the day before, you can add all-you-can-drink for an additional 1,800 yen (tax included) per person.

    A kaiseki course featuring Japanese Black Beef and Yuba soy milk shabu-shabu as the main course. Enjoy the meat plain in soy milk broth, or marinated in grated daikon radish and ponzu sauce. All-you-can-drink is available for an additional 1,800 yen (tax included) per person if you book by 9 PM the day before.

  • [Individual Offering] Eight-course Kaiseki "Kyou" Main: Small pot of Japanese Black Beef Sukiyaki

    This Yakukaku Kaiseki dinner features our specialty tofu sukiyaki, a small pot of Japanese Black beef sukiyaki. The small pot is served with grated yam and soy milk, making it a light and refreshing dish. We highly recommend the tofu, soaked in the sukiyaki broth, as well as the meat, as it's delicious. All-you-can-drink options are available for an additional 1,800 yen (tax included) per person if you book by 9 PM the day before.

Hakkakuan's Ginjo Steamed Basket Course, which slowly steams the ingredients to bring out their umami, is a luxurious two-tiered steamed dish consisting of a meat and vegetable portion. Available for two or more people. (The photo shows a four-person portion.)
