《Individual Offering》【All-You-Can-Eat Freshly Made Tofu】Hakaku Kaiseki Course

Our recommendation at Hakkakuan is the "Hakkaku Kaiseki," a one-on-one kaiseki meal.

This popular kaiseki meal includes seasonal small dishes, tofu dengaku (dengaku with tofu sauce), fried foods, and a small hotpot main dish of your choice.

If you book by 9 PM the day before, you can add all-you-can-drink for an additional 1,800 yen (tax included) per person.

    A kaiseki meal featuring Japanese Black Beef and Yuba soy milk shabu-shabu as the main course.
    Serve as is in soy milk broth, or dipped in grated daikon radish and ponzu sauce.

  • [Individual Offering] Eight-course Kaiseki "Kyou" Main: Small pot of Japanese Black Beef Sukiyaki

    The Yakukaku Kaiseki course features our specialty tofu sukiyaki - a small pot of Japanese Black beef sukiyaki. The small pot of sukiyaki is served with grated yam from soy milk, making it a light and refreshing dish.
    The tofu, soaked in the sukiyaki broth, is delicious, as is the meat, so we also recommend it.

For a celebratory dinner party such as a meeting or longevity celebration, a special banquet for special occasions: "Iwai"

The red and white tableware is perfect for a sunny day, and the menu features seasonal obanzai dishes, as well as a variety of tofu dishes, including yuba sashimi. The main course is a kaiseki meal with your choice of a small pot of Japanese Black Beef sukiyaki or soy milk shabu-shabu (please request this when making your reservation). All-you-can-drink options are available for an additional 1,800 yen (tax included) per person if you book by the day before.
