Kaiseki/dinner party

Enjoy the original flavor of the ingredients with "Ginjo Seiro-mushi" and a kaiseki meal of meat prepared right before your eyes.

*We serve soba tea at lunchtime.

"Ginjo Seiro-mushi Kaiseki" - Savor the natural flavor of the ingredients

We add ginjo sake to the steaming water and slowly heat it, wrapping the meat in the aroma of sake and tenderizing it until it's tender. Next, we steam a tofu dish and vegetables carefully prepared with seasonal ingredients. This dish is packed with the umami of the ingredients.
We offer both Japanese Black Wagyu beef and Kyoto pork! If you can't decide which one to order, we can also provide both!
Due to service constraints, this main dish is generally shared among guests.
*All-you-can-drink is available for an additional 1,800 yen (tax included) per person if you book by 9 PM the day before.
