    A multi-course meal featuring Japanese Black Beef and Yuba shabu-shabu in soy milk as the main course.
    You can eat it as is in soy milk broth, or dipped in grated daikon radish and ponzu sauce.
    You can have as many refills of the freshly made Oboro Tofu as you like!

  • Eight-course banquet "Kyou" Main: Japanese black beef sukiyaki hotpot

    The Hakkaku Kaiseki course meal features the specialty tofu sukiyaki - a small pot of Japanese black beef sukiyaki.
    The small pot of sukiyaki is served with grated soy milk, making it a light and refreshing dish.
    The meat is great, but the tofu soaked in sukiyaki broth is also delicious, so we recommend it♪
    You can have as many refills of the freshly made oboro tofu as you like!
