"Hakkakuan's Ginjo Steamed" is a luxurious two-tiered steamed dish of "meat and vegetable rice" that slowly steams the ingredients to bring out their flavor. Available for 2 or more people. *The photo shows a serving for 4 people.

"Ginjo Seiro Steamed Kaiseki" - Enjoy the original flavor of the ingredients

By adding ginjo sake to the steaming water and slowly heating it, the meat becomes tender while being enveloped in the aroma of sake. Next, we steam tofu dishes and vegetables that are carefully prepared using seasonal ingredients. This dish is a concentrated version of the delicious flavor of the ingredients.
For meat, we offer "Japanese Black Beef" and "Kyoto Pork"! If you can't decide which one to get, we can provide "both"!
