This yuba kaiseki course meal uses soy milk from Kyoto Tofu Fujino, and allows you to enjoy a variety of yuba-infused dishes, such as soft yuba sashimi and nama-fu soy milk gratin, while watching the yuba being pulled right in front of you.
Includes 2 hours of all-you-can-drink.
"Ginjo Seiro Steamed Kaiseki" - Enjoy the original flavor of the ingredients
By adding ginjo sake to the steaming water and slowly heating it, the meat becomes tender while being enveloped in the aroma of sake. Next, we steam tofu dishes and vegetables that are carefully prepared using seasonal ingredients. This dish is a concentrated version of the delicious flavor of the ingredients.
For meat, we offer "Japanese Black Beef" and "Kyoto Pork"! If you can't decide which one to get, we can provide "both"!
Due to the convenience of serving, this main dish will basically be shared by everyone
*If you apply by 9pm the day before, you can add all-you-can-drink for an additional 1,800 yen (tax included) per person
Freshly drawn yuba banquet "Yuba Dosue"
The film that forms on the surface of soy milk is [raw yuba]. You can enjoy different textures depending on when you pull it out. Enjoy the smooth texture and delicate, refined taste derived from soybeans. First, enjoy the original taste of the yuba as it is...then enjoy it with dashi soy sauce, special bean paste, etc. You can choose your main dish depending on the course. *Lunchtime and all-you-can-drink (1,800 yen) must be reserved by the day before.
