The main course is shabu-shabu, made with beef bone broth and featuring spring flavors of red sea bream and clams, as well as the rich flavors of Yamagata beef and Akita prefecture's Sankan parsley, whose refreshing aroma goes well with hotpot. We have prepared a limited-time plan for spring dinner parties. Enjoy the all-you-can-drink option, which also includes spring sake that is exclusive to this course.
