Noroshi Town is located at the farthest edge of the Noto Peninsula.
The combination of Ohama soybeans, a gift from the satoyama, and natural bittern, produced in the satoumi's agehama-style salt fields, gave birth to Noroshi's local tofu.
Please enjoy this tofu, which captures the natural aroma and flavor of soybeans.

First, enjoy it as is with the beef broth soup.
You can also add "shiso pickled in ishiru" and "chili oil" to change the flavor.

This is specially grown Koshihikari rice, grown by Kouki Oku-Noto.
This delicious rice is carefully cultivated in the labor-intensive rice terraces of Oku-Noto, where fertile soil, mineral-rich water, and large temperature differences between day and night exist.
