We offer a selection of spring sake along with the flavors of spring, including sea bream, bamboo shoots, and sakura shrimp, and the main course is shabu-shabu made with sea bream broth and Naruto sea bream and Awaji onions. This plan is perfect for gatherings, featuring San's specialty, Kyoto Prefecture's Kashimaya Tofu Shop's "Yose Tofu" and seasonal delicacy "Sea Bream" steamed in water, with "Grilled Domestic Beef Fillet" as the main course. Recommended for family and friends' get-togethers. Served on large platters.
