This menu features carefully selected spring sake, along with spring flavors such as sea bream, bamboo shoots, and sakura shrimp. The main course is a shabu-shabu dish with sea bream broth made with Naruto sea bream and Awaji onions. It's a menu that truly captures the feeling of spring's arrival.
