Experience the true essence of San: savor seasonal ingredients and regional cuisine. Enjoy the rich aroma of autumn's mountain delicacy, Matsutake mushrooms, grilled in a traditional Hōraku oven alongside seasonal sea bream. For the main course, we offer a shabu-shabu style meal featuring generously portioned nameko mushrooms (a popular ingredient in Yamagata Prefecture) and Kuroge Wagyu beef, prepared in true San style.
